Please remember to attend the annual HOA membership meeting on Thursday evening, 7 pm at Station 18. If this is your first meeting, our local fire station (Station 18) is located at the intersection of Mineral Springs Road and Hog Mountain Road. The Community Room is now open to the public for our use, but the rest of Station 18 is off limits, so please remember to enter from the public parking lot and remain in the Community Room. Masks are not required, but feel free to wear one if you are not fully vaccinated.
Outgoing HOA President Steve Carbin will moderate the meeting, then he will turn the gavel over to newly elected HOA President Paula Nelson at the conclusion of the meeting. In addition to the usual President, Treasurer and Secretary reports, a list of other likely agenda items is included below. If any homeowner would like to address any other topics of interest or concern, there will be a time for introducing other topics at the end of the meeting under “New Business”.
Our time at Staton 18 is limited to two hours - we must be out by 9 pm - so please keep comments and questions concise and limit unnecessary or repetitive comments so we can keep the meeting moving and be able to address every item of interest to homeowners.
Although the minutes of the meeting will not be officially approved until the next HOA meeting, highlights of the meeting will be posted on the website as soon as possible after the meeting, for those unable to attend.
