REMINDER: homeowners are not permitted to allow use of the key card by anyone other than authorized resident family members. The ability to bring guests to the pool is intended to provide members with an opportunity to entertain a guest on occasion – not regularly. It is not intended to permit teens or other members to offer a complimentary pool membership to friends or family from inside or outside Huntington West. Misuse of the key card can result in loss of access to the pool facilities.

Consensus of members present at the 2021 annual HOA membership meeting recommended the Board adopt a limit of 5 guests per family on occasion. Any member wishing to bring more than 5 guests to the pool has the option of making a reservation for a pool party and paying the reservation fee.

Pool parties are limited to 15 total (including family members) on Friday/Saturday/Sunday and limited to 20 total (including family members) Monday through Thursday. Contact the Treasurer (treasurer@hwhoa.org) for reservations.
