Huntington West
Pool

The Huntington West Pool offers a relaxing area for swimming, soaking up sun and visiting with friends. Lounge chairs and upright deck chairs are provided, but feel free to bring your own chairs as well. Stationary tables equipped with benches and umbrellas are evenly distributed on each end of the pool. Trash and recycling bins are conveniently positioned on each end of the expansive deck. An arbor covering a portion of one side of the pool deck offers a refuge for partial shade. An outdoor shower and gas grill are provided for homeowner use. No drink or snack machines are available, so feel free to bring refreshments - only no glass inside the pool enclosure, please. The pool is available to full members of the Huntington West Homeowners Association.

Playground

The Huntington West playground was expanded and restored in 2020. Huntington West kids will now enjoy climbing ladders and a climbing rock wall, monkey bars, slides, swings (including a baby swing) and poles. Over 3000 square feet of play area is covered with certified playground mulch. The playground is fully enclosed and trash receptacles are conveniently placed outside. The playground is available to all Huntington West residents - adult supervision is required.

Huntington West Cabana

The Huntington West pool features a small cabana with restrooms, private dressing areas and clothes hooks. A changing tables is located in the women's restroom.

Huntington West Tennis Courts

Huntington West features a fully enclosed and lighted double court with benches and trash receptacles. The courts are available to both junior and full Association members.

* TENNIS COURT NOTE - 11.14.22

The sinkhole under our tennis courts has been repaired twice, yet continues to sink. As a result, there is a noticeable dip between the two courts and visible cracks in the playing surface. Based on feedback from homeowners at the last two annual HOA meetings and the recommendations of our HOA's attorney, the Board has deferred a decision on future repairs until negotiations with Gwinnett County are finalized. Our attorney is in the process of negotiations with the County for the purchase of HOA property required for widening Hwy 124. A membership vote will be required to determine the future of our tennis courts. For now, the tennis courts will remain open for recreational play, albeit with less than ideal conditions.
