Association bills are scheduled to be mailed out to all homeowners in late March - early April. Mandatory Association fees for 2021-2022 will remain $465 and non-mandatory “junior” fees for homeowners prior to February 1998 will remain $110. Association fees are due May 1 and will be considered late after May 15. The Board is aware that the current COVID-19 restrictions in place may have created challenges for some Huntington West families. As always, individual members are free to contact the Board (board@hwhoa.org) for options if they have concerns about the ability to pay mandatory fees on time. Access to swim and tennis facilities can only be activated after fees are paid in full.
