The Public Hearing for the rezoning application on the property across the street from our entrance is still scheduled for tomorrow night (Tuesday, August 4) at 7 pm in the Gwinnett County Justice and Administration Center in Lawrenceville. Please be sure to attend and WEAR RED (if possible) in a show of solidarity against building apartments across the street. Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Huntington West is blessed with many generous homeowners willing to help a neighbor in need, even a neighbor they have never met. Our Board would like to thank a trio of neighbors who stepped up to help a single mom who needed repairs to her picket fence. Many thanks to retiree Dave Lawson for volunteering to replace over 50 broken pickets on the fence.

OFFICIAL RESULTS – Board Officers Election

The official results of the recent election for Board officers of the Huntington West Homeowners Association are: A total of 72 ballots were returned and validated. Some ballots did not include votes for every office.

Message from Huntington West Homeowners Association, Inc. - Assessment Remittance Lockbox Update

Heritage will be sending out invoices for 2023 HOA fees soon. Invoices will reflect a slight (5%) increase in mandatory HOA fees, due to rising costs from contractors , especially our pool service contractors. Fees are due May 1. Complete payment information will be included on invoice statements, but please be aware of the following changes to lockbox payment procedures.
